Handling

We does not take responsibility for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. We will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however, if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier. We are not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

Local Destination Tax & Duties
We have no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the order reaches the destination country. These charges can cause delays and the customer will be liable to pay for them. We advises the customer to check with the local customs agency before placing the order.

Please note that due to the actions taken by Covid 19 in our factory, we have temporarily extended the delivery time. The extended delivery date will be reflected in the expected delivery date displayed on the order.

We can transmit to almost all the addresses in the world. Please note that some products are restricted and some products cannot be shipped abroad.
When you place an order, we will calculate the shipment and delivery dates based on your availability and the shipping options you select. Depending on the selected shipping service provider, the expected delivery date will be displayed on the shipping quotation page.
Please note that the shipping price of many products we sell depends on weight. The weights for such items can be found on the Details page. In order to comply with the rules of the shipping company we use, all weights are rounded to the nearest pound.
